When creating our bon bons we select the finest local fresh cream, infuse it with fresh, plump vanilla beans, and blend it with premium European bittersweet chocolate.
We use select ingredients including: wine, liqueur, fruit, nuts and spices, to create unique custom bon bon flavors. The ganache fillings have a rich, melt-in-your-mouth center, hand-coated in bittersweet chocolate.
The result is a truly delightful taste experience, reflecting the care and craftsmanship that they were created with.
